The share price of Wah Nam in Hong Kong has dropped a bit over the last few days. At the moment today it is down 10c (6.5%) to $1.43, which converts to 18.5c and values the 30 shares thay are offering at $5.57.
The artificial Australian listing hasn't moved from 23c an 8% premium over the HK listed shares.
Wouldn't it be fantastic if the share price of BRM rose above the value of the offer of 30 WNI shares! A true sign that market totally discounts the WNI offer and values Brockman Resources as it should be!
With the rail news with FMG BRM should be valued at $6 + with out the hinderance of this WNI takeover.
