    Wah Nam fell to HK$1.32 at the end of trade yesterday.

    This values the offer at $5.14. Not very far off where we are now.

    If the BRM share price were to push above this level it would well and truly indicate that the WN bid was behind us.

    Interesting to conversion of options. Will just make reaching the 50% threshold that little bit harder for Wah Nam.
