Patterson is a dog - obviously has not looked after holders in the past, why start now?
To me this is clearly an attempt to sucker holders unsure about the current market environment into selling, the post by Illster may or may not also be part of that... if Patterson is, he is a major dog although most likely has some sort of bonus/payout comming on completion of the aquisition so I understand why and cant be too angry with him...
In any case, my superfund holds the majority of my shares so I can afford to hold these guys off as long as it takes.
My reasoning:
- BRM has a shitload of ore
- BRM has port allocation
- BRM is worth multiples more than current offer/price
- $1.50 bottom price reduces risk somewhat, if we get down here buy time again.
Thus im holding until they give me what I want or will just wait until I get 1.50 + crap (not withstanding legal action), or Wah Nam flick the asset on for a profit themselves and minority holders can take that up
