My guess is Wah Nam will try and keep a lid on the BRM share price.

Currently with the WNI share price where it is, .035c + $1.50 = $2.13.

But there's only 1 buyer willing to spend $500 @ .035c anyway.
I'm willing to bet that once again only a complete idiots or someone with a hidden agenda or finance would sell into the WNI offer. Ala - associates of Wah Nam.

Can't wait to see the complete failure of Wah Nam for a second time! :D I'm sure they will be so disappointed in us :(
