Thanks, Phil. The writing was on the wall with this, and I was only recently discussing with a college what a takeover offer price would likely be. Given that I personally value my shares at in excess of $10, (in the future) this seems a little under done and will be interesting to see how the general market values this offer.

Also what the FIRB will have to say about it.
