DeeTrader said "Does anybody know what percentage of BRM is owned by the directors and large institutions?
It worries me that, if the total is close to 30%, they can easily supprt Wah Nam's bid and get this t/o through."
Directors own 13% of the shares, with option conversions a little more. Say 15%
With Wah Nam's 23% that makes approx 38%. UBS owns 7%, Institutions 7% and other investors 50%.
The Directors and Wah Nam cannot get to 50% alone.
They need to persuade us why we should dilute our shares to a company that only has a similar market cap to Brockman at the closing price.
