actually, allow me to correct myself. The volume for WN was actually quite decent today.

Interesting that generally when a takeover is announced the SP of the bidder drops. Mainly due to the higher premium the bidder is paying, but in this case the SP for WN actually went up after the ann by 10%.

BRMs SP today is well below the bid, indicating that the asx doesn't value BRM higher than the bid, yet the SP of WN rose 10% indicating they do value BRM higher than the bid.

Just shows how difficult it has been to actually put a value on BRM.
