Sorry one last comment - who is Wah Nam kidding? - they are largely a shell company whose major asset is its BRM/FRS investment. They offer no synergies/expertise other than the statement that that existing shareholders "may" benefit in their ability to attract project finance. All up if this goes through BRM shareholders are selling their shares into a company whose key asset is its own investment in BRM...I mean we would be largely selling to ourselves and diluting the capital base for no tangible benefit.
I would not be surprised if the share price opens well under $6.47.
