    The offer consideration is 30 Wah Nam shares for every 1 (one) Brockman share.

    Brockman Directors advise shareholders to take NO ACTION in respect to the offer at this time. Once the
    Bidder?s Statement is received by shareholders in due course, Directors will provide further advice to
    shareholders including their formal recommendation on the offer.

    Hopefully the only action we'll see is the share price heading further north.
