    They could make the offer 100 shares for every BRM share and it would make no difference at all. Given BRM is their primary asset it is a zero sum game... it doesn't matter how many pieces of cake the cut up .. it is still the same cake.

    All gone very quiet on the BHP front too. FRS have gone from providing daily updates ... to nothing.
