Again it appears things take a lot longer than expected for MSC. The Japanese are still jerking us around, probably on product and price (although Kaolin prices are increasing). But they haven't started the expansion of the Perth pilot plant, which would take us into profit. My guess is they don't have enough money and are waiting for the float of ACC to come up with the cash. Given that this will happen this quarter we do not have much time to wait. Should take about 5 months to expand plant and if started in March we will see real production in July/August just in time for the expiry of the options. Still waiting for float of CCC so we can be reimbursed for COMINCO as that would also help greatly.
