As for the continual comment that our banks are well capitalised with quality loans, I can only say that our Real Estate prices are held up by hot air and when these fall, our banks will too.
I can remember the advertising from a couple of years back offering 100% loans, and low doc loans. The Banks are full of this rubbish and they will fall badly.
