Excellent post, PeeWee333. The research has certainly now been done.

And, just to clarify with regard to Ropren "approval," here are the facts (quoted from the Solagran announcement):

"The next step for Solagran is to obtain a manufacturing licence which will apply throughout
Russia. This process involves obtaining approval firstly at local level, followed by state and
finally federal level approval. It is a procedure that usually takes 2-3 months."

Usually. That's the key word. Ropren "approval" took about a year longer than expected, so further delays cannot be discounted. However, I see that this uncertainty is now beginning to be factored into the share price.
