I am usure how one can conclude that the slow progress of the Inner Mongolia project is due to 'sloppy management".
Please define this type of management???..... as it`s a new style of management I am unaware of in the UCG arena. Needless to say that judging by the comment there is a shear lack of experience in the understanding of project development in a Communist Country. Local, Provence and then Central Government procedural protocols and a bevy of endless officials getting involved to rubber stamp each phase until the CP decide if the projects outcome is in the best interests of China and its People. Then maybe project approvals get granted. Throw in the partners and the coal suitability and all the other things that have to go right to get a project like this up and it could take a little longer then we are all used to. They have announced a focus on Asia and China is but one Country of interest and it holds endless opportunities but I am also smart enough to understand the mine field that is Asia and the time it will take to deliver a project.
