Also one thing that I feel you've missed in your analysis is considering management and skin in the game in the microcap end of the market. Worth a read up on Mark McMconnell and what he did as co-founder of Citadel Group. AFR did a great story on him last year when AV1 was 7c, worth a read. According to the 2018 article he has 9% of the heads and 20% of the options. He did buy more options on market recently.
Management and their networks are critical for spec companies to shake the speculation by showing real growth trajectory.
