I’ve thought for a while, their ONLY way out of this mess is a merger of sorts with an existing BPO.
There’s plenty with clients, IAM don’t have clients, but may have technology and do have a listing.
Someone’s been buying up for a while, maybe it’s a BPO owner who has built up a significant IAM holding, extremely cheaply, in preparation for selling out to IAM at a heavily discounted price. All of a sudden they have a big holding in a listed company that could take them further than they ever could before.
