    Now that this stock is in the penny class ..the pressure needs to be applied in the boardroom.
    Some directors need to go..and soon .
    I've asked for clarification of the Short Term Incentive Plan that allows the company to issue to CEO Marchant 112000 shares for free . Mine cost me 8.1 cents recently .
