I do not have a link as a simple email from the company confirmed to me that first shipment was 6% course grade spodumene. As for the first 3 years, yes you are correct . Ganfeng will take 100% output from Mt Marion. After 3 years, NMT/MIN will take back 51% of the output from Mt Marion to feed their down stream processing plant which will be only 40klms from Mt Marion near Kalgoolie. This was NMTs plan all along and why they sold off so much of their share of Mt Marion to get it off the ground as they saw there is more money to be made from the down stream processing than just the recovery of the 6% spodumene. The only problem down stream processing plants have is securing feed to process through them. This is why Chris negotiated this deal in the first place to take back 51% output from Mt Marion to feed their soon to be in construction phase, downstream processor. NMT/MIN plan to have it running by 2020.
