Hi all I have a question about trading. im a day trader and for the first time today on selfwealth when i was placing a limit order even if there was sufficient liquidity and demand and even if that sell order was under the bid price I was getting the status message 'waiting for authority' and the order would not go through straight away. In the morning selfwealth had also sent a new set of terms and conditions which i had to agree to. It then took an hour for my account to be operational after which time i received this 'waiting for authority' message for my valid orders. when i spoke to selfwealth help they said the waiting for authority message is normal and that its generated by the asx. i know it is not normal however. can someone please advise as to whether theyve had similar experiences. TIA
