Hi Folks
Lets not forget the BEE 26%. The SA govt in turn will be behind the project when a BEE comes on board.
Goes without saying doesnt it?
If uranium is going to be THE primary answer to energy concerns...at least for this century..AND the industry in turn will consolidate and many juniors and their projects will get swallowed up, then it makes sense to add value to a project and dress it up ready for that time.
In a boom I think DD might look like a nice little add on.
As for $ for the project, if the project is economically viable the $ will come.
Stay tuned for this project to be acquired over the next year or two.
Thats my call. And its based on management, their lack of expertise and lack of disclosure, their attempts to fast track drilling and to ensure to a buyer that the drills are indeed authentic...hence the double check routine.
Good news here is that the gold means the mine can be up and running sooner rather than later....$ will be made via the gold as the uranium operation is being developed.
A shallow, easy to mine project in an area where the geology augurs well for ugrades and new discoveries, would appear attractive i would think to a bigger player.
And there will be a few interested I would think in a $4 billion project with scope for growth....especially if it could be picked up for under $100 million eh?
