Well … am hoping for some sort of news flow this week with MF back in the saddle. We are now mid way through January and time is ticking away for that exploitation licence situation to be resolved. Share price has held up reasonably well in spite of the deafening silence on these issues although there have been some fairly sizeable licks of shares going through over the last week.
Also, have noticed that the zinc price is holding up fairly well over the last few days since the DJ-AIG Commodity Index re-weighting. Seems that the fundamentals for zinc are still intact … and hopefully we will still see a favourable off-take arrangement at some stage this year (decade).
All in all … we still seem to be doing ok however I think that if nothing is announced soon people may start to get a bit toey on this stock and look towards fresher fields.
