Suggest having a look at this chart. (I'm not sure if copyright prevents me from posting the image itself, so I've just given the link)

WDC needs to test the March low imho, and then take off on high volume before we can be sure that it's a strong buy.

The price needn't actually hit the March low, but somewhere close would be enough.
