The 9,000,000 is sitting last on 7c line with 1050 ahead then 13,000 and first is 150,000 in other words this is how it looks:

Now when you look at it like this you can see even if a big buyer comes along they'll trigger the 150,000/13,000/1,050 before hitting the 9,000,000 which if its a bot would give it time to pull the sale. This 9,000,000 has been sitting there for a little while but I'm not 100% sure when it first went up?
Its literally hanging out like dogs balls (pardon the pun) on the buy sell lines - bots will usually break up their parcels so as not to flag their intentions which has me thinking its only there to push sellers lower.
