My application for opening a trading SWL account. It took several weeks, after pushing number of emails and looping around their departments. I ten received an email said I need to get the JP for may certified documentations even my certifier is a JP but SWL said JP should not be a doctor. I have redone the whole set of certified documents since Nov/21. Still have not heard anything from SWL, frustrated and I gave up, no longer need SFL

I have sold all my SWL about 400K last year for a lost, luckily if I keep this share I will be in a financial problem. Now a day, these little chic who CEO is the IT manager appointed, a non business background must be a big issue for the SHs, she should be an IT project manager or a COO. A major problem is come from the management, staff did not care about the boss and the client services the main engine for the company growth. CEO focus on the IT trading platform, staff running around for a joy!
