Every morning someone put 1,000,000 @23c, it was pulled back after market close.
Two lots of 500,000 and two lots of 300,000 bid orders are always there, they are genuine orders.
Less than 1m shares traded indicate some impatient holders exited.
Rebuilding of Japan will need more resource.
Independent valuation of $6.84 versus current share price of $0.125. clearly is very limited downside. It would be a life change opportunity.
