MM , I am very loathe to give advise here , but it seems to me that you may be over-invested here and this is starting to " do your head in "
This is a spec stock , means speculative and if you look up the meaning of this ....
(of an investment) involving a high risk of loss.

This is high risk /high reward stuff , and imo , can go either way.
I have no idea of your holding and your average buy price , none of my business. From my experience , and I have done the same , if this is starting to impact on your well being , maybe time to take a break and maybe sell down to a more comfortable level.
As I said , I am not telling you what to do , but am concerned about where you are going.
