I feel the new financing arrangements will be a cornerstone investor rather than a "springtree " type of arrangement. this is only my opinion however I doubt they would discontinue the ST certainty unless there was a better offer.
this should, imo again, correlate with the timing of listing hence providing a better publicity profile. Of course we are simply interested in the SP effect which should parallel such announements.
