Hi fatpizza, what you say makes sense to me and that is what I would think would be the case. Whether its by issue of shares or convertible notes is possibly the question. I realise the company has enough funds for quite some time but like you I would think they would not have relinquished the certainty of ST funding unless something is about to come into play re alternative longer term funding. The ann seems to link NASDAQ listing to the decisions relative to funding or at least thats how I interpret it.
