A payment was due on the 26th of April from SHRG under the terms of agreement for settlement of their dispute. Not suprisingly there has been no announcement from the company as to whether its been paid or not. The amount due was $140K. IMO AGX are far from convincing the way they are handling things. But hey its not like I can trade my shares anyway.
