jaded, TON already issued 2 x 1 mill shares at 5c and 7c to Grafex
as part of the aquisition it makes sense not to pay them and issue further shares before the tenements are secured.
also makes sense what Mozmet says and it was only on the 24th july
TON made first reference again to the legality of the Grafex
applications.
I am wondering if they are waiting for the tenements to venture
into the JV before the funds and 15 mio shares will be printed.
Also it will be good if TON will advise what escrow period
will apply to Grafex.
