Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhh the vagaries and nuances of oil and gas exploration activities - this is nothing the old faithful aren't used to. Delays be it weather or operational are the norm for all explorers. It creates another potential opportunity to consolidate from those who can't afford to hang around for these delays.
