Waiting for that Carnegie train to leave the station!

Warning...... Pre long weekend rant coming up.......

I'm no doomsday dude and thought those rednecks on Foxtel preparing for the "End of the World" with their underground bunkers and all that crap were pretty weird but.....now I think hmmm... moving to a cooler climate is a consideration I need to plan for...this is just Risk Assessment!

The cliff is very near, or we are even hanging onto the roots of some tree while dangling over the edge, for the planet and the environment. It's just creeping up so slowly and that extended time frame (along with a coupe of trillion in cash) is the problem for humanity.

If we had World War III start at 18:00 tonight I bet Malcolm would rally the troops immediately but the environment is a slow moving disaster that is nibbling on our arses.

A great deal of the population don't really give a rats cracker about the environment or anything else for that matter, it's all about money and the power that goes with it.

A lot of the population(worldwide I'm talking) just want to survive each day and the environment is not really ever considered as they are not aware of the bigger picture...they just want to feed their family or not die....the problem is we have 7 billion of us on this rock and increasing exponentially.

If we didn't have all the data, TV, internet etc etc., we in Australia would be none the wiser either!!

I am into Carnegie for the environment and have been a long long term supporter but I'm also into it to make a bucket load of money just like most of us here.....sure we can align the Environment/Carnegie good feeling story but I want to make $$$$ or I can't survive and .....
