    all of what you say is reasonable but you havn't calculated in the lawyer factor ,they are obscene the way they will be able to drag this out,triple your time scale,say june next year----probably conservative,sadly.get out now,if you can with a profit hopefully,or a small loss, risk is too great IMHO>
