WA Metals granted licence at Scaddan uranium project

West Australian Department of Industry and Resources has granted West
Australian Metals Ltd (ASX code: WME) wholly-owned subsidiary,
Bronzewing Gold Ltd, Exploration Licence (EL) 63/1033 located 75kms
northeast of Esperance in Western Australia.
The licence covers a 120 sq km area considered prospective for
uranium mineralisation associated with palaeochannel sediments.
EL 63/1033 is one of the two licences applied for earlier this
year in the same area (the Scaddan uranium project).
The second licence (ELA63/1037) is expected to be granted in the
    near future.
The company will initially undertake a study of existing
geological and geophysical data to identify likely palaeochannel trends
and indicators of uranium mineralisation before commencing field
    activities.
