Licensing guide from DER. - Someone please request for the reports relating to works approvals and licences it would be interesting to know what they did in detail.

Copies of all licences and works approvals issued by DER are available on our website. Copies of works approval and licence applications, are available to the public on request. Registrations are not publicly available but the details of registered premises can be obtained from DER without charge. Monitoring data and periodic reports relating to works approvals and licences are also available to the public on request.

If an applicant has notified DER that their application contains confidential information, a Freedom of Information (FOI) application is required for third party access. Applicants will be notified if a FOI request for documents marked commercial and in confidence is received and provided an opportunity to provide advice to DER, before those documents being released. If documents are then deemed confidential, the appropriate confidentiality provisions will be adhered to.
