    IPR have a stated policy of returning 50% of profit after tax to shareholders. I suspect almost all current holders who bought shares after that policy was publicised relied on that representation when buying them. If IPR do not make it clear that they will adhere to this policy (as a minimum) after the 'strategic review' they could face legal claims by the relevant shareholders (as a class action) for payment of that amount, and possibly damages for the associated share price impact. Not a good look for a legal rights assertion company.
