    Mmmmm....I didn't know that the Stat Mux 2 case was "years from being finalised".

    I was under the impression that talks were proceeding with the other defendants and, considering the outcome of the preceding Stat Mux 1 case, that it looks more likely that a settlement will be announced long before a "few years" has passed.

    Again, you present a case that all IPR's "bullets" are related to LITIGATION. Or perhaps I've misunderstood your phrase "what others they have" and you have been diligent in researching other irons they have in the fire.

    I know it's silly only to focus on the doughnut when the hole might also be important.

    But it's equally silly to focus ONLY on the hole and end up forgetting the doughnut.

    Perhaps we should get back to the advice that the ancient Greeks used to give at the site of the Oracle of Delphi....."Nothing too much."
