Mr.Johnson opines that "we expect to be putting in the first shovel by April 2012".Have the prospective members of the consortium indicated this or is Mr.Johnson extrapolating this from the existing framework agreements?I guess we will find out when the consortium is announced.Obviously,some here will not be excited by a finishing date beyond 2014.It's the baby elephant in the room at the moment.Meanwhile,the SP will move like an abandoned sailboat.
