KIWI - As Santoo has said, it doesnt say anywhere that the debt facility has fallen through, however, perhaps their financial situation has caught up with them and they need to raise capital one way or another.
From a business perspective, carrying debt, or raising debt has similar implications however, I do agree with you that I would like as little dilution as possible.
I dont mind them raising capital to achieve their goals, but if it starts to get fishy - it will not go un noticed.
As far as I can tell its business as usual at this stage and drill results etc are coming soon.
