    I think there will be a fund raising in the next few weeks(they would probably want to have it completed before the end of the quarter) but for a smaller amount in the vicinity of about $4M

    John , the above is from one of your posts a few weeks ago. It looks like end of quarter has come and gone. No fund raising so far. Perhaps Gus has ways and means to raise funds we are not aware of?
