It's strange how people see the same information differently.

I believe that B105 represents the better prospect for many of the reasons that you've pointed out.  

The main reason for this is that B120 does not have a similar immediately adjacent huge commercial discovery that B105 has (Dongfang). 

As you know the proposed B120 drill site is a few km away from a relatively modest  bhp discovery, it's also some distance from the exxon discovery of unknown size.  

Of the two Nen prospects, I believe the adjacencies to B105 lend more promise to our chances there.
