If 105 is as big as we believe I really think there will be a T/O. ENI has made it abundantly clear that they want a presence in Asia and if 105 comes in at let's say 10tcf then I would expect ENI To take NEN out, clearly at a premium after all there are many more prospects in block 105.
I may be wrong on this but this is what I would do in ENI's position.
