Staples - I guess your talking t/o of the Vn assets, not the whole company?

Just assuming the t/o scenario of Vn assets, there is also block 120 in play - which adds variables to the equation. But, just say both drills were reasonably commercially positive enough for ENI to launch a Vn t/o - do you think NEN would consider holding out, or should hold out for the long game and what would be the consequences if they did?

My thoughts are, given a sweet enough offer, they'd take ENI's arm off at the shoulder.

Guess it depends on the offer and the circumstances - if it ever came about.
