Could always just catch milk fish...awesome on a fly (with cheese on it).
There is a strange and remote connection with the dairy industry and milk fish....dairy effluent-lucerne-brine shrimp-milk fish-water repatriation-food source-export market etc etc... a long story for another day or maybe on the ELD forum instead given they have secured the right to buy Legune Station and its too hot for dairy cows...oh wait! Buffalo milk - bring back the real mozzarella!
Anyway, the idea is no more stupid that getting into goats milk or shifting to A2 milk production or going organic across the farms or contract processing at CDC!
