Dear cato just because brokers re rate shares this can mean one of 2 scenario,s either they want to sell and push price so they stay in profit or they have bought in and want to pump the share to artificial level then they get out .Never and i repeat never put to much faith into what brokers tell you .I ask you this if they are so good the brokers why are they not just trading for a living. yes they are brokers working because they havent got a clue ..most of them themselves Glah samtocan
