Seems I was wrong ilkka didn't have a clue what he was doing. Time to put Mike Ford - ex Accord Managing Director - in a senior management position. When Accord bought out Crox Development (Steve Crockett & Tim Brewer), he turned Crox from a loosing position of $600K to a joint group profit of over a million dollars in 2 years. With that track record and the fact that accord made substantial profits for the 10 years prior to the Crox buy out, he has got form to make a difference.

It's substance that will make a difference with clients not spin, it's really not that complicated.
