The damage to the ego of Kazacos and the basic future strategy of ANITTEL would be too great for that to happen.
The whole PKBA team are back together now at the helm of ANITTEL running the show, so that is really comforting.....I guess......
That obviously means PKBA must have been a really successfully run and profitable operation to go and put virtually the same management team in place......I do seem to recall the consideration for Accord was multiples of what PKBA received during the mash up of companies.......which either means they overpaid for Accord or PKBA did not make much profit - relatively speaking.
I assume it is the former since ANITTEL obviously would not put in place the management team that wasn't particulary successful - they would not want to do that to the long suffering shareholders in all of this, of course.
