I think so, too they will need more funds to develop their projects.
The U-price will recover, it's just about the 'when'.
And the other thing I worry about is the global economic situation including world stock markets - main indexes are near all time highs. What if there will be a correction/ crash?
Financing wouldn't be as easy as nowadays.
