At $4.79, AGI was way overvalued. If people are going to continually act upon the words spoken by others, and not conduct one little bit of their own analysis, then they deserve to lose their money!
If you have a problem with a very smart CEO, taking advantage of the fools and selling his holdings in to irrational exuberance, only to be buying some back at the irrational selling, then the market may not be the place for you to spend your time. Hell, isn't that the whole objective of investing in the market! Buy low, sell high.
As for the Ponzi scheme, what a ridiculous comment! Life is one big Ponzi scheme....
