    Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, MGM Wireless Limited (Company) requests that ASX grant a trading halt of its securities effective immediately pending the release of an announcement regarding a retail sales distribution agreement for its SPACETALK all-in-one phone, watch and GPS Tracker. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement or market open on 3 July 2018. The Company confirms it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. Yours faithfully,
